over the years Ive had this app on 3 different iPhones and the server software is still up on 2 macs in my home. not sure why it doesnt work for some people but Im happy with it (version 3.0.4) running on my current 5s and the server (version 3.0.2) running on both an old 32-bit Mac Pro (10.7.5) and a new iMac (10.9.1). whatevers not working for people might not be this apps fault. 5-13-15 update: now using Mobile Mouse on iPhone 6+ connecting exclusively to an old Mac Pro 2,1 with the EFI hacked (google Piker-Alpha if you’re interested) to run Yosemite and it works great like it always has. kudos to the team. 7-23-15 update: it seems that if I’ve already left a review here the app should stop bugging me to leave a review. same Apple ID, same computer.

I am amazed at the glowing reviews here. That is not my experience at all. I have spent time on an off with this app and no time has the experience been anything but awful. Even after spending more to acquire advanced features. Wasted so much time reading and follwing instructions and downloading, etc etc. Now, I am sure I have to reboot my computer in order to get this stuck “Server Settings” off my desktop.

This app has been awesome from day 1! Dependable, reliable, simple to set up, with no significant issues across updates. A solid app all the way around!

This app is flawless and every update certainly make it better! I could’t be happier with its ease of use.

Been using this for about a year now and it’s worked flawlessly with my iMac and connecting my iPhone and iPad. The speed to connect my devices is always very quick and I’ve never dropped a connection. IMO, it’s definitely worth the buy. FYI, when connected, use your iPhone/iPad up/down volume buttons to control the volume on your computer (your phone or tablet must have the app open and on the screen for this to work).

I’m a teacher and I’ve been using this app for years. I’d much rather use my phone than some clicker, plus with this app, you can control just about everything on the computer. I can have my presentation set up, turn off the music playing from iTunes, and start my presentation. This is a really great app, and the updates have made it better and better.

This program is great when it works. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work all of the time. I spend more time troubleshooting problems with the app than I do actually using it. Also, customer service fails to respond to my queries.

Finally I find something works for HTPC.

This app is in my Swiss Army Knife of Mac utilities. It works flawlessly, just as a Mac app should. Mouse batteries stop working? Fire up Mobile Mouse and work trackpad style until you replace them (I’ve actrually put off replacing batteries on ocassion, because MM works so well). On the iPad, it can even serve as a wireless keyboard! I can use SwiftKey to type on my desktop! All around great app. Download this and buy the iOS versions.

This has been an amazing and simple app. I have it on my phone, my tablet, and my mac mini that acts as a HTPC. It is perfect for those times I am sitting on the sofa and my keyboard/trackpad combo is across the room and all I want is for Netflix to move on to the next episode. Wonderfully designed in its simplicity.

I use this more often that I would have imagined. Fantastic implemetation. I sure wish it had Bluetooth support, too.

I downloaded the app lately, and purchased the peer-to-peer connection, which is much stabled and fast option than the normal network connection. The presentation option with powerpoint is a pleasant experience, though the slides display never showed in my phone or apple watch (but not a big deal for me) I just wish that the hotkeys can open files as well and not only apps… Like if I have a presentation and assign a hotkey to open this presentation once i click it and instantly opens in presentation mode, this would be awesome… Appreciate if the developers can look into that, as this would be a really cool feature, especially if someone has several presentations to show in the same meeting, with each presntation popping once you click the assigned hotkey
